Roto-Rooter was both prompt and courteous when speaking on the phone. They were quick to respond and schedule a technician to come to my home on a Saturday evening. ... The two tech's that arrived tried their best but were unable to dislodge the clog in the water line. Michael tore up the invoice and rescheduled another visit for the following day at 2:00-6:00. Wesley came back to my home on Sunday and was successful in clearing the line and returning my kitchen sinks to service. Hooray!! All three gentlemen that represented Roro-Rooter were friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. The estimate was given before the work started and the amount I paid was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing an emergency repair. They do exactly as advertised for the job required.

I needed to get my main sewer line unclogged and toilet remounted and therefore called the Root-Rooter. I called them and within 2 hours I had a plumber working on ... the issue. He knew what he was doing and fixed the issue. Very clean and organized. I liked the fact that I didn't have to tell him to take his shoes off or put the shoe covers on because that was the first thing he did on his own. Respectful.

I had no idea who to call for my plumbing issue so I called root-rooter because the name was familiar. So glad I did. Ted first came out ... to see what my problem was and suggested I needed more work than he was able to do. He recommended Joan and she came out the next day. She ( both she and Ted) were prompt and polite and very knowledgable. I was given a quote and that is exactly what the bill came out to. I would not hesitate to recommend your company. Joan cleaned up after the job was done and I was very impressed with her work ethic. Give her a raise ?

My toilet were backed up I called about 8 pm they arrived at my house about 9 pm cleared the drain in 30 mins the gentleman were very nice and ... friendly

Josh did an excellent job! He arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Josh really helped us on our first night in our new house!!

Service person was prompt. We appreciated that!! She did some trouble-shooting to access the problem. Found it--corrected it. She even called back later to offer some more insight into preventing the same problem ... occurrence.

Plumber arrived within the specified time and identified himself in a clear, pleasant and professional manner. We discussed the work needed and he reviewed the work pricing before work ... was initiated which is important to me because there are no hidden charges later. Once I agreed on the pricing he began setting up his equipment and getting to work. He did a great job and was very meticulous about getting everything properly addressed. After he completed the work he cleaned the areas where he did the work and finally went over the invoice with me and my wife once again. He also advised us of the 1 year work warranty which is also a major reason why we always choose Roto-Rooter. All in all we are again satisfied with the work and professionalism Roto-Rooter provides.
