Not only did i need the ... plumber to unclog the sewer, but also the restoration technician! Ingrid Velez was the water specialist to get things started & Everet Watson was the Restoration Technician!! Everet & his partner worked way into the night cleaning up a complete disaster & over the next few days returned things back to normal! Definitely a life saver & I would highly recommend them! The technician 2219 was excellent! Very knowledgable and efficient. The initial number called promised a time which I later found out was off by 2 hours. No ... time should be given unless technician is in agreement.

As a landlord needing an emergency service I am completely satisfied!! Roto-Rooter Dispatcher called 30 min ahead of tech's arrival as requested, and upon arrival at rental unit, there was ... no tenant response at the door. The Tech (Brian) called me and patiently waited for me to arrive and was prepared to give me his professional assessment of the problem. He proceeded to clear the sewer line thoroughly of roots and foreign object debris and verified it before and after with his camera. Tenant bathroom was back in business within 90 minutes of my initial call. Brian was fantastic: friendly, professional, skilled, thorough, efficient, he had the appropriate equipment to do the job right, and he provided excellent quality service. What more could anyone want??

Overall experience was very good. We called and we were given a four hour window however the technician showed up to the home within an hour problem was fixed immediately.

Called for emergency service -- I had a house full of company and all drains and toilets were clogged. Roto-Rooter came within 90 minutes, and fixed the problem in ... 30 minutes!! I called Roto Rooter due to a clogged toilet in my guest bathroom. They responded promptly and sent technician Michael Zionski who was extremely zealous of his professionalism. His service ... was efficient, thorough and persistent besides being a very educated and thoughtful person. He tried everything possible to unclog the toilet, using efficient equipment and even removing the bowl to check it out and also work on any obstruction in the house line, always explaining everything he was doing. Unfortunately for me the problem does seem to be an obstruction stuck in the toilet itself and I will probably have to replace it. However, Michael was tireless in his attempts to resolve the problem and also left the bathroom totally clean when finished. He is definitely an asset to the company and I do indicate Roto-Rooter to anyone needing this type of service.

Plumber arrive as promise. Truck full of multiple tools to fix our kitchen sink. In less than 15 minutes was able to get rid of the clog in the mainline ... of the building from our apartment. Ralston the plumber was very helpful providing recomendations to avoid it to happend nexr time.

Fixed the problem. Frank, 5553 was neat, very polite and cleaned up very well. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
