090118 I want to compliment the fine work of Mr. Clay North, Roto-Rooter employee in Savannah, GA. Talking to him on the phone, he expressed his concern about my situation and ... offered suggestions to troubleshoot the problem sensing my panic – my handicapped mother in law lives with us and we needed help immediately. With this in mind, he coached me, worked with me to find a solution. (I must add, another company told me on the phone they could not even talk to me about my situation till I signed on accepted the appointment later the next day. After following Mr. North’s instructions, problem solved! Now that is customer service! Without a doubt, I know whom I will be using for plumbing service (and recommending) - Roto-Rooter! I can’t thank Clay North and Roto-Rooter enough for saving the day!

I had a problem with my kitchen sink, and dishwasher backing up. I tried everything, all of the over the counter drain cleaners, but nothing worked. I called Roto Rooter ... and WOW, they got everything flowing again!!. Service Tech Clay North came out and was able to figure out the problem, found another drain in the yard that I didn't know existed, He unclogged it and everything works fine now.. Amazing work! They were on time and very professional. I would Highly Recommend them!!. 341-ROTO. One call does it all 24/ hours a day.

Monday - September 25, 2017 To Joy Keim, September 16, 2017 at 4 Blockade Court Savannah Ga. 31410 (Whitemarsh Island) a back-up of the drainage from the wash machine on spin ... cycle backed up through the toilet and bathtub. My landlord George and Tiffany Davis called ROTO-ROOTER and a Service Technician Mark McKenzie arrived to take care of the problem. He worked from the afternoon into the night and never gave up solving the back-up going from each possible solution until the problem was fixed and job was complete. Mark is a true professional, skilled, knowable and a gentleman. He worked his butt off to fix the problem in the dark, heat and insects. He is a complete asset to your organization. Lyle is the person who came to my house today. He was awesome! Lyle worked very, very hard to get the roots out of the outside pipes. He would not ... give up until he knew that he had done the best job that he could do. I have never had anyone work so hard to get those silly roots out of the drains. Spencer and Mark came to my house on yesterday to install water heaters and did a wonderful job, working all day, making suggestions and adjustments in my frame , two-story ... house built in the 1920's.. I lost my wedding ring down the toilet and Adam Westendorf was able to retrieve it for me. He used a camera, a locator and even had to cut our ... pipe to get to it. I had been crying off and on the whole night and parts of the day and appreciate his efforts so much. He really made a huge difference and his diligence was amazing ( it took around 4 hours)! We had sewer main clogged at our home and called to schedule an appointment. Within 30 minutes they were on the way. We were fortunate enough to have Tyler Tharp ... come out to complete the work. Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. He was in constant contact throughout the process and kept us updated. I honestly never do reviews but the service we got today was deserving of one.
