I would like to say thank you for having Technician Orelando Collier on your Roto-Rooter team. My Collier did a excellent job on repairing two toilets in my home. ... He was friendly yet professional. Mr. Collier was very knowledgeable and he kept me informed on what needed to be done to resolve my plumbing problems. He displayed patience and thoroughness in completing the job. Good customer service is very rare these days so thank you again for having people on your team that believes that delivering good customer service is still important.

Anthony and his team were beyond awesome this weekend!!! I was re-landscaping my yard and digging in different areas for planting. Unfortunately, I hit my water main and run-off ... lines over 2 days. Anthony came out, was very polite, honest, and ensured a great-quality repair. He was very supportive even though I was pretty embarrassed. I am in professional sales myself and truly respect hard-working technicians. The Root Rooter team here is the best and will get more business from me in the future.

It is Sunday morning and I was doing some dishes. Put some shredded beef down the garage disposal. A mistake that was. The garbage disposal clogged the ... pipes and the water started backing up through both sides of the sink. Called Roto Rooter and a very nice young man named Orelando came to fix it, He was very professional and nice. He did a wonderful job and made my day a lot better. I would recommend him anytime. Great job Orelando.

This is a post I put both on Angie's List and Yelp: I cannot recommend Rotor Rooter strongly enough. I had a major plumbing issue (deteriorated/collapsed pipes) in my home. ... I opted to try a “local” plumbing company, which turned into two…halfway through the job I switched to Rotor Rooter because of how badly the first two plumbers were handling the job. Rotor Rooter personnel were professional, prompt, and did a fabulous job with the “containment” of all the mess. With the exception of the (very small) area of the floor that they had to cut through, there is no evidence that they were there. This is in sharp contrast to the other companies, who left dirt everywhere, damaged walls, and did not bother covering up furniture despite assurances that they would. Rotor rooter gave status every day on the job and sent a manager to inspect it and ensure we were happy on completion. I will never call another plumber for anything.

David Tobara provided exceptional service in a timely manner. He really thought outside the box to fix our plumbing issue before it turned into a disaster. He took the time ... to educate me about how our system works and how to prevent problems in the future. He was very conscious of keeping the areas he was working in clean. He left everything in good working order and was a pleasure to work with.

So the first thing … it won't recognize the current zip code ... which is 85658 which was revised a few years ago from 85653. Continued … Jacob was extremely meticulous in making sure he kept everything clean as he placed a drop cloth over the bathroom floor and around the toilet. After awhile ... I went into the bathroom to check on how he was doing … he was finished … he then took the time to explain exactly what he had done (showing me the old gasket and sheared fastener; he suggested that the toilet not be used for a 24 hour period allowing the caulking he put around the tile and the toilet to cure.

Christmas day sewage backed up with all my family here from Colorado. Jacob save the day.

My shower was backing up and I couldn't flush the toilets in both bathrooms On Christmas Day no less. Called Roto Rooter and the dispatcher was very nice and ... professional. Got a call from the technician and explained the problem. Jacob came out within the hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. Cleared the sewer line got everything running smooth again. I was very impressed with his kindness and professionalism as well as his job knowledge. I may have found my new plumbing contractor.

Jacob who was very professional and has the expertise to help us out on Christmas Eve working in the rain! We are very thankful that Roto-Rooter has such a dedicated ... expierenced person. Response time was Awsome!

That Guy who came to my place from Roto Rooter this morning is amazing !!!! I wish he was my Plumber... very very very knowledgable and actually easy ... to understand ... why aren't all the guys who come to work at my place like him??? a total TEN. He really knows his business.

Saturday morning - called with a backed up drain and a very friendly and helpful voice answered the phone. She said a tech would call and within 20 minutes ... she called to say Dave would be there very soon. Dave Tobara arrived on the scene and fixed the situation and was kind, courteous, and we appreciated how neat and tidy he was. I am a local realtor and always tell clients with plumbing problems to call Roto Rooter as they know what they are doing. We will always continue to call Roto-Rooter!

Had Dave Tobara work on our residential problem today. Unfortunately, had to summon Mr Tobara in the wee hours of the morning to tell him my tenants had a ... water heater leak that flooded the house at midnight. Of course this incident had to happen on a weekend, but Dave was able to take care of the problem with unmatched professionalism and skillset. Without hesitation, I would reccomend anybody to rotor rooter seeing the caliber of expertise that I was able to communicate with today. Thanks again for your hard work Dave.

I was awakened this morning by a rep from the water company informing me I had a busted line. Called Roto-Rooter first. The phone reps I spoke to, Cindy ... and Shannon, I believe, were both very helpful and professional. Cindy called me back after our first conversation to update me on service time and made my leak a priority. The service tech Salvador was very professional and timely. He kept me informed of what he was doing, expected completion time, and put the work area back to original condition. Excellent service. Overall a great experience. Thank you so much.

Jacob George was the technician who came promptly out to our house to resolve our plumbing disaster. He was knowledgeable, willing to educate, nice to work with and we ... feel the money we spent was well worth it. We will be using Roto Rooter for any services in the future and will definitely tell all our neighbors about our positive experience. Kudos to Roto Rooter and Jacob!!!

The tech did arrive in the promissed time range. The tech was not knowlegable about the replacement of the kohler bath faucet internal parts. Did not even know how remove ... the faucet valve, had to show him that the part pulled out. Was billed and paid $175.00 for labor and nothing was accomplished. The faucet still only puts out hot water. If Roto-Rooter wants to be in any other bisiness other than unclogging drain they need to train their techs. In the real world labor has some kind of results. I thought that your company was reputable, that is why I chose Roto-Rooter, won't happen again. I know that time is valuable, but so is mine. I would appreciate my money back. My wife is in ICU gravely ill and l have family comming in from out of state and I still have a bathtub I can't use. THANKS A LOT
