I had a backup in my bathrooms on a Sunday morning. Called Roto-Rooter and they gave me a 12pm-4pm window. Tech arrived around 1:45pm. Donald did a great job and ... had my problem solved in less than 30 minutes. Donald was very professional and represented Roto-Rooter well.

Technician explained in detail what he was doing and why. He also showed me on his monitor the complete drain pipe that was completely cleared. Previous plumber didn't complete the job ... and had no camera to verify the pipe was cleared.

Even though he arrived in a Rot0-Rooter van and wore a uniform, the plumber identified himself. He went straight to the problem, diagnosed it quickly and had an estimate ... within 10 minutes of his arrival. He completed the repair quickly and cleaned up the work area. This was the first time I have contacted Roto Rooter. On Sept. 19 I was having a new sprinkler system installed and the water was disconnected. The men ... were unable to reconnect and since it was a weekend my plumber was unavailable. On Monday they were not available until after 5:00PM. I called Roto Rooter and was told a technician would be available around 11:30AM. They called again and said he would be late. He arrived after 1:00PM. I am very satisfied with the excellent service I received and your technician Marc Xavier #2546 did a great job. Needless to say I will be calling Roto Rooter and Mark Xavier for any future work.

Noel is very professional and knowledgable. He immediately explained to us what the problem might be. He then took care of the problem and explained how to maintain ... the drains. He didn't leave until he made sure the problem with our drain was fixed and asked about the other drains to ensure we didn't have a possible issue anywhere else in the house. We would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to others and would, in particular, recommend to ask for Noel. We didn't get the name of the dispatcher/receptionist who answered our call, but she too was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions very professionally. She immediately made us feel comfortable in knowing we'd be getting good service. Great customer service. Thank you.
