In February of this year, I purchased a house. Upon my return April 8, A noticed was tacked to my front door that the water had been cut off ... since March 14 due to a leak. I contact RotoRooter and in a few short hours, Daniel arrived. Daniel could not find a leak, but was able to find that the leak was in the ground from the meter to the house. Daniel explained what was going on to me in a very professional and understandable way that I could comprehend. He returned with Michael on April 10 and replaced the old water line from the meter to the house with PEX. No, I don’t know what PEX is, but they showed me every step of the way what they were doing and how it worked. I was more than happy to pay that bill. Daniel and Michael were OUTSTANDING, gracious, funny, helpful and if I ever, ever have a problem, I am asking for them and them only. They were EXCEPTIONAL.
