I recently had several plumbing problems addressed by Roto Rooter out of Ft. Worth. Two of the jobs were small, shower cartridge replacement and installing a faucet. The main job ... required opening up a wall to locate and repair a line leak from a water heater. The technician was prompt, very professional, and very good at his trade. The tech's name is Anthony Binder. I have used Roto Rooter many times in the past, and will continue to do so in the feature. I will request Anthony in the future and hope he is available.

A young man named Chris provided service to us, clearing out a yard drain. He was prompt, communicated well what he would be doing and what the charges would ... be. Recently had a fair amount of damage originating from a leaking AC and needed some preventative plumbing issues fixed before it became a disaster. I am very pleased with the ... teams that came out to assess damages , fix “ticking time bomb” plumbing issues, and water restoration crews - they were quick to respond, thorough, and friendly. Field Inspector Eric F. came to my home within 2 hours of the dispatch call. He did a very meticulous walk through the house and was able to get a plumber and water restoration team to arrive shortly thereafter. He was nice enough to even sit down and assist with initiating claim with homeowner’s insurance. Jeffrey M., plumber, was able to quickly assess, gather necessary materials, and replace all damaged pipes within hours of arrival. Water restoration crew, Mark A. (Lead technician) and Jason M. (technician) both came out and were able to help move all salvageable items to a safe part of the home. Carpet, wet drywall, molding, wood paneling, and damaged items were quickly removed. All drying equipment was in-place immediately and they came to check on progress daily for the several days. I am very thankful for these gentleman who not only came quickly to my home, but were meticulous with their work and explanation of the process-at-hand. Most importantly, they were knowledgeable and very friendly - all of which was greatly appreciated!

Our tech arrived at 8:55 and was done by 9:50. In between, he gave us exemplary service and expert suggestions about our options. He worked closely with us to resolve ... our immediate issue. We will be using Grapevine Roto-Rooter exclusively in the future.

Jesse was very knowledgeable, professional, and provided detailed information on how I can prevent clogging the pipes so easily in the future.
