UGH, we had a leak. We called on a Sunday morning, but your service technician came right out! He diagnosed the problem in minutes and was done shortly ... after so we asked him to fix a faucet handle too and he did that even quicker. Drew Osborne was great. We asked for his business card so we would have Roto-rooter's number handy to call again if we need a plumber. Thank you Drew!

Justin provided excellent customer service on the phone last night and this morning when he came out to unclog my sewer drain. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and ... did a great job. We are very appreciative for his excellent service today and will not hesitate to call Roto-rooter in the future!

Layton was very efficient and specific with his assessmen of our issues. He scheduled our service quickly and supervised the entire operation start to finish. We will use Roto Rooter ... again or recommend them to our family and neighbors.

Cory ... offered to replace the shark bite stops with something more permanent for free. I appreciate Cory taking the time to explain the aerator and wrench that I need to hold on to for future use. Kevin was pleasant, hilarious, helpful, and very professional. Kevin made sure I was pleased with the work prior to his departure. I appreciate Kevin cleaning up after himself and offering to take the box and trash with him. I am truly appreciative of both gentlemen for taking the time to correct the issue.

Mr. Ben Foskey came out to look over my request for a water shutoff valve. As I try to tell Mr. West, supervisor for Augusta Utilities, the water shutoff valve ... was removed and never replaced when they changed out the meter. I was not able to convince him over the phone that I was seeing what I was seeing. Ben took one look and said I was correct and wrote up just that, that the city did not have a water shutoff. I called Mr. West back and now he sending out a worker to look it over. This the second time Ben has been out to work or look over my plumbing system. He is very professional and personable. I know he’s an asset to your company. Thank you very much and I well use Roto Rooter in the future. Paul Dodd

Kevin and his team member did an awesome job unclogging and repairing pipes. They were friendly and courteous! We are very pleased with the overall service! The only complaint would ... be the uneven cement which makes replacing the tiles difficult.
