Our plumber was Bill 811. He was very personable and helpful in fixing the plumbing problems we had in one of our bathrooms. He answered all of our questions ... and did a really great job.

Our problem was a leak near/on/in our garbage disposal. Jennifer, I think her name was--a supervisor--came first to assess the situation. She took pictures and sent them along with ... her assessment to the plumber, Larry, who arrived next. Larry got to the source of the problem and fixed it very quickly, He showed me where the leak was and what his fix was. He was very careful to be sure the problem was solved by his fix. Both Jennifer and Larry were very friendly, informative, and helpful. We are very grateful to both of them. Our problem was solved. Thank you both.

Service was started on 5-27-16 and had to be continued and completed on 5-31-16. Ben was the first tech, and he did a good job. Red completed ... the work and he was absolutely great. He went over and beyond what I have come to expect from service people. He was truly a service PROFESSIONAL!

Technician #1199, Rene, was very courteous, helpful and thorough. Clogged drain restored in a timely manner and Rene cleaned up the area after completion. He recommended a pipe shield product ... that we decided to try and he assured us that Mark, a camera operator, would be out to diagnose our situation regarding the blockage.

I was very pleased with the professional manner in which Ben (827) explained what needed to be done during the time that he worked on a problem with the sump ... pump. He would describe very clearly each step, in the process of discovering why the pump kept working so hard. Ben had a friendly, reassuring way of helping me to understand the possible options to fix the problem. He worked steadily during the time he was at my house, yet he was always cheerful and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and honest in his responses.

I originally had work done on my shower that was done incorrectly. I was very upset and wrote a negative review. Today Caleb (1401) came out and fixed the issue. ... He walked me through what he was going to do and what the issue was. He was very polite and promised he would get the job done. Thanks to Caleb the shower is in working order. I previously stated that I would not use roto rooter again, but after today's service roto rooter will be my first call.

I called at 8:00am for a stopped up downstairs bathroom sink and was told someone would arrive within an hour; they arrived right on time. The two technicians had ... the sink unplugged in 20 min., were polite and cleaned up before they left. Would use again.

Tech was on time, got job done in timely manner and cleaned up after work was completed. He explained every detail of the work done. Explained what the next step ... would be if the work done did not correct the problem.

We had sluggish draining of our toilet and sinks the day before I was going in for a operation. We scheduled online, and as promised we were notified of ... the tech's arrival 30 minutes ahead of time, during our preferred time window. Caleb quickly determined our sewage line was root-clogged, and within the hour he had cleaned it out and got everything flowing. He was clean and courteous, explained everything clearly and was careful about not dragging dirt into the house. He cleaned up everything afterward, and even made sure the cats stayed safe and sound. He did a fantastic job and I won't hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again!
