We were in a bind. Our drain pipe had corroded and clogged leaving back up in our kitchen sink. Upon inspection the cast iron pipe had developed a ... hole the size of a capsule and was leaking into a bucket. We called Roto-Rooter of Baton Rouge and the technician came out that afternoon. Howard was so helpful. He cleared the corroded clog, determined the line in the wall was intact and confirmed the line was flushed clear. Howard did not have to say much, but he had all of the key parts to reinstall the drain to both sides of the sink. We are grateful for his courteous, diligent work and would recommend Roto-Rooter of Baton Rouge to anyone of our friends.

Both toilets and tubs were backed up and it's a Saturday night around 8 :00 pm. Called RR, Josh from Plaquemine was there in about 20 min, fixed my problem ... in less than 1 hour. Once I called RR to get service to unclog a washer drain, the service tech arrived at my home within 30 minutes. He introduced himself (Rick Carpenter) and familiarized himself ... with the problem. He gathered the necessary equipment and got on my roof to investigate the problem. Within minutes, he found the problem and in another few minutes, moved the obstruction down the drain. He next filled the washer with water to ensure the system worked, and it did! Within an hour from my original call, the drain was cleared! I will surely call Roto-Rooter for any drain problems I have in the future! Rick was knowledgeable, courteous and professional!!!

Using Roto-Rooter to unstop the drain line in my wall was an excellent choice. The technician came out in just a couple hours after I placed a call and ... they were at my location within 30 mins of the time they told me they would arrive. The technician, Christian, was very professional and provided a detailed description of what he was doing before, during and after he unclogged my drain line. Quick, excellent response from Shane to setup my appointment on Wed 1/29/20. I had 2 toilets backed up that were draining back into the bathtubs. Shane had our ... technician, Danny at our home in about 1 hour 15 min. after my initial call and called me back indicating when to expect Danny. Danny was very polite, efficient, and generally a very friendly professional who diagnosed my problem, gave me alternative solutions and fixed the problem in about 40 minutes even after have to dig to find my sewer line on the end of the house. This was a very fine experience as my national home warranty company initially setup an appointment with a plumber out to next Monday Feb 3rd which was totally unacceptable as a toilet as to flush and drain or you not only have a mess but could have to leave your home. I did not think Roto Rooter did what I needed repaired, so I called another company who came out for 159$. Wanted to charge me 580$ to fix the problem. ... They were to call me the next day to make sure they had the parts. It’s been 2 months n I haven’t heard from them yet. Anyway I called Roto Rooter n they came out today, fixed the problem n charged me 209$. A big difference from 580$!!! I have used them many times n have never had an issue!! Thanks guys!!

I called at 11 pm on Aug 21 about a leak that was reported to me at a remote location so I was not there to see the problem. ... The technician was polite and helpful. The next day I paid the bill by phone with my state issued credit card. I received a receipt by e-mail, that was good, however, our business office also requires an invoice with information about the work that was done. I have called 5 times requesting that invoice....where is my invoice?
