Our technician, Jaime Williams(${esc.hash}743) had a very very difficult time getting out the old frost free faucet. He stayed with it and got it out. Also, he ... did a great job installing the new unit. His work was excellent. He deserves an atta boy.

I had one of the best experiences with Roto-Rooter today. The young man who came to our home was very timely, friendly, and polite. He went above board ... to be courteous and respectfull of our home. Within an hour of calling Roto-Rooter, he had responded, cleared our pipes, cleaned up, and was on his way. Best of all, we have running water! Thank you Roto-Rooter!

The Field Supervisor Jason was very pleasant to work with. Every one that came to work on the job was prompt, professional and extremely courteous! They eased our worries about ... the sewer issue we had, they worked hard to get the job done fast. I couldn't have asked for any better people to be in our home than these guys. Ron, Matt and Lloyd were great! They got our floors put back together and did a great job of cleaning up. They even found a crack in some other plumbing and stayed to make sure that was fixed. The service was easy to book on line at 4:30 AM after I found that we had water coming up in our utility room. I received a confirmed appointment window ... and was pleased to see Richard A. show up as scheduled. Richard took the time to ask questions to help determine the drain issue. He also discussed the dos and don'ts. Would recommend ROTO-ROOTER

The tech (${esc.hash}1633) was very courteous and explained everything that he was seeing to both myself and my husband over the phone. When he recognized the extent of the ... problems with the drains, he immediately called his supervisor who arrived within a half and hour to conduct a more thorough inspection. Even though the end result of the inspection suggests some serious issues, at least we have a chance to take care of it now rather than in the winter.

Roto-Rooter called me back when they said they would, arrived on time, and our technician (Brent /Tech #3988) was very professional and courteous. Brent did a terrific job and we ... couldn't be happier with the services provided!!!

Came home to a backed up sink at 8pm. Called Roto-rooter and they had a technician out by 9. His name was Sean (ID # 3181) and let me tell ... you, if you ever want a technician who is personable, informative, and gives preventive maintenance tips, this is the guy to call. You never know who you're getting at 9PM, could be an on-call tech that was chilling in bed and grumpy. Sean came right in, detailed to me what he's looking for, why he's looking for it, and what he's going to do. Right down to almost the exact length of time it would take. He was fantastic and I told him I'd be calling and requesting him for future services. 10 stars, or 100 rating is what he deserves!! Quite possibly one of the best service techs I've ever had for any call!!
