I'd like to give a shout out to William, the plumber who served us. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Our repair involved a pipe in a very tight space ... which was difficult to access. Just want to thank Technician Austin Troutman with Roto Rooter Baltimore for excellent service on a recent plumbing emergency. After traveling from Annapolis to ... Sykesville during Monday evening rush hour Austin was very courteous and professional from the moment he arrived at around 6:30pm. He was driving a sizable truck with a large equipment trailer hitched to the rear. Austin made sure he parked in a manner which respected our property and the needs of neighborhood traffic on our narrow dead end street.
