My service person was very polite and helped me to restore flow to my cellar floor drain. We encountered a dead rat was the problem and it was removed ... promptly. He also put several buckets of water down the drain to assure it was clear. He also used a spray to help get rid of the nasty order. Although I only called for an estimate he offered to do the job then and there. But I still think $250 is quite a bit of money "down the drain" for me, an elderly retiree to pay to dispose of a dead rat.

Josh from the Scranton office did his best to remove roots, dirt and debris from an outside drain running from our back yard. It was cleaned and scoped at least ... three times. The issue with it backing up may be off our property but he did his best and showed me the scope images of the drain looking clean and with water flowing.

Service was fast and courteous. Josh did his best to clean a drain from our yard to the street sewer line, about sixty feet. He ran the snake and scoped ... it three or four times, the drain is clean now but the issue may be with the city line.

I ... had been getting spots on my clothes, and dirt in the laundry tub when the washer drained. It got to the point, where the wash water wouldn't drain, and would over flow onto the floor. I just finished doing five loads of laundry, and there were no more spots on my clothes, dirt in the sink or water on the floor. Adam did a wonderful job,but I do wish that Roto-Rooter would give a senior discount like some of their competitors.
