I had Roto rooter come out and clear 2 apartment drains which were back to back and water was backing up into dishwashers and kitchen sinks. They did the job ... in a short amount of time and my tenants are ecstatic A happy tenant is a good tenant. I also want to say that I really like the communication of knowing if they are running late. In this case I was able to move the time back a couple hours without a problem. Really appreciated the flexibility. This is second time I have used Roto rooter service and have no reason to go anywhere else.

3rd time using Roto-rooter, and would recommend and use again. My tech was amazing! So friendly and explained everything before he started. Was on time, got the job done, and ... set up another appointment to replace older water heater with new tank less. Really happy with the job they did.

Roto rooter has now addressed all of my concerns regarding sewer work done at 685 W Division St in Decatur IL last January. The trench has been filled and the ... ground over the sewer pipe has been leveled. The fence that was damaged by the excavator has been propped up and because we had so much trouble getting anybody to return our calls, the gate to the alley was also repaired. A big shout out to Andrew, Roget and John for your help in bringing this to resolution.

I needed emergency service late on Saturday evening. Vincent Stewart arrived on schedule. He surveyed my situation and said he wouldn't be able to fix my issue, it was a ... septic tank issue. He offer advice on what to do which I did and he was 100% correct. He is very professional and courteous. I give him and Roto-Rooter 10 stars on a 5 star scale!

Trevor and his team were top notch. They were awesome. They were dealing with 100 year old house problems but they stayed on it. Can't thank them enough. Trevor, Andrew, ... and Daniel and 2 others that I didn't catch their names. You guys rock. They worked in the cold and the dark throughout the weekend until everything was up and running.

Vincent came and assessed the situation. Since it was an old drain from 1970 with who knows what being done to it in the past, it was challenging to ... figure out what was wrong with it draining so he called his supervisor and received advice and called in the plumber to help us. I admire people who reach out for help for difficult situations and was very impressed with this aspect. Vincent was friendly and helpful and came right away so we could finish our project while we had labor available. Coy, the plumber, came right away as well and gave us his evaluation and recommendations. He too was friendly and helpful, just like Vincent was.

A Big Thank you to Jeromy our technician! He was very professional and he explained the process as he completed the job. He helped us understand the importance of not ... putting certain items down our garbage disposal. We feel blessed to have had him in our home. One concern I did have was as I was outside talking to him I noticed I could see the steel belt on one of his tires. With the weight of the equipment he carries and winter coming I hope his company repairs it soon. It would be a big loss if he was off the job due to poor maintenance on his truck.

Vincent was our technician, and was above and beyond with his advice, help, an understanding. This was our first dealing with Vincent, butt I would hope the company understands, does ... all it can to keep this valued employee. Thank you Vincent! You are the best.
