Austin and Justin were very informative and courteous. I could tell they knew what they were doing and replaced our outside faucet perfectly! They cleaned up the area ... in our kitchen and even put all my stuff (which was a lot!) back under the kitchen sink! My husband and I are changing plumbers after 16 years. Why? Our last plumber did not show loyalty to us when we needed to replace our hot water ... heater. We called and received a recording. We left a message and were never called after 16 years of being faithful customers. We called Roto-Rooter. Pam answered the phone and Jose Rosario, Plumber Technician arrived within the hour. He was professional and courteous. He removed the old heater and replaced it. He completed the work in appt. 2 hours and hauled the old heater away. WE HAVE A NEW PLUMBER. The City Inspector came yesterday stating the work was completed correctly. THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER!

Roto-Rooter was the second plumbing company to come out to my house to identify and fix the plumbing issue in my master-bath. Brian snaked the pipes, then watched the ... water flow, wasn't satisfied, so he took a camera up in my attic and up on my roof. I am so impressed how he searched until he located and fixed the problem. Problem fixed, thank-you Brian and the frosting on the cake, I have a warranty!!! AND my invoice was very reasonable. All my future plumbing needs will go to Roto-Rooter!!

Needed to call someone on the sunday before memorial day. They were there within 1 hour. Fixed the problem completely and thoroughly. Will definitely use them again

As a senior person and a caregiver, living by ourselves, I was dismayed to find my disposal and sinks stopped up. I called the number at about 7:30 in ... the morning and by 8:30 the nicest young man came to fix my problem. He was knowledgable and respectful from start to finish. Ihad a blocked sewer line called spoke with a very nice receptionist who stated she had a man that could come right now. that was a relief . He was ... at my door within 15 min Jarod Cobb took a look explained to me what he was going to do, and if it was what he expected told me the cost. He went to work cleared the blockege looked at all my lines said they now looked fine. Keep up the good work it was a pleasure to have you at my home Jarod you did a very good job.I hope I never have to call again however if I do I will call Roto-Rooter and tell everyone of the excelent service. thank you . j Adams
