Jeff came out to do the camera inspection and was very honest with me. I had questions about the age of the house, how the process for clearing out tree ... roots. When he came back after "the clearing" he asked if I wanted to watch the camera go into the pipe. Very interesting.

Support serviceman was on time and very diligent about putting on booties when in the house although it wasn't really necessary but I know it is an issue in some ... homes. Had the drain working in record time. He was courteous and very efficient.

Matt the service tech explained the issue and the plugged main drain was cleared quickly. He answered all of my questions assured me that if any further issues were to ... arise, that the service had a 6 month warranty. Given that the clog was the result of tree roots, he suggested that I could schedule a further appointment to have the main drain scoped to see if there were any other problems. After further discussions I advised that this would be a option the next time it happens.
