we have used you in the past and have always had great service. The technician was able to come in a acceptable timeframe from our initial call, knowledgeable about ... how to fix the issue, provides an acceptable drain cleaner which works vs purchasing liquid plumber or drano which may or may not work. Will call next time (if needed) we have an issue with our pipes.

Everyone I spoke to was so friendly, treated me with respect, and explained everything. I really feel like you were being fair and honest with me. I've had bad experiences ... with plumbers in the past. My experience Roto-Rooter was the exact opposite of that.

After 2 days of thinking I could unclog my kitchen sink and disposal drain as a do-it-yourself (D-I-Y) project – I realized I was WRONG!! I called Roto-Rooter on Longhorn Blvd ... in Austin early on the 3rd day, and they set up a mid-morning appointment for a serviceman. The office gave me 2 calls updating his arrival times – and he arrived as planned. The serviceman, Alex (${esc.hash}1068) was courteous and professional – but also congenial in describing his initial evaluation of the problem based on his experience. Alex was diligent and careful, on his own finding an alternate route to bring in the large drain cleaning machine so as to avoid soiling the carpet. He had all the tools and knowledge to quickly begin running the drain cleaning machine for just a few minutes, clearing 45 or 50 feet of drain pipe. He then removed the drain cleaner and began reassembling the pipes connecting the disposal to the main sink and the wall drain pipe. Once they were reassembled, Alex partially filled the sinks with about 4 inches of water to verify and test that they would flow normally. They did. Next, Alex did a leak check of all the under sink pipes. The disposal joint needed a replacement rubber washer, and Alex quickly retrieved one, and it and that stopped the only minor leak. Alex then diligently cleaned up the under sink work area, and carefully removed the drain cleaning machine and his tools. I asked Alex’s advice on how to best prevent clogged drains, and he described Roto-Rooter’s Pipe Shield product as a preventative maintenance cure to inhibit pipe clogging over time. I purchased a gallon of Pipe Shield which uses enzymes to safely breakdown grease, soaps, fats, and detergent in the pipe with an easy monthly dose. It also coats the drain pipe to prevent clogging build up. In retrospect, I should have called Roto-Rooter at the first sign of the drain being clogged. That will be my plan the next time I detect plumbing problems!!! Thanks, Alex & Austin Roto-Rooter for a job well done.

Our bathtub faucet broke and would not quit running full blast which was a shame as it wasted so much water (cannot wait to get the bill from the city - ha ha). Service was efficient and the gentleman that came to fix things was so helpful and polite! Thank you for a great job.
