I discovered a leaky water pipe inside a wall located between the garage and laundry room on a Saturday night. It was a slow leak and therefore I shut off ... the main water valve and did the investigation the next morning. After cutting out some dry walls I decided that it was not a job that I could handle - the leak came from a right angle joint that was hiding above a 2 x 4 stud and behind the warm air duct. There was simply not enough room for me to work on it and therefore I decided to call the pro...I called Roto-Rooter (604-270-1396) at around 2:30 in the Afternoon (Sunday) and I had Brennan from Roto shown up at my door at approximately 2 hours later. After about an hour or so the leak was fixed! I'm very impressed with Roto-Rooter, the lady answering the phone was friendly, polite and professional. The guy (Brennan) who fixed the leak was also very friendly, courteous and professional. The amount that I had to paid was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs some plumbing works done.

I dithered calling a plumber but as both toilets in my place became problematic I requested a service call. Call was arranged for same day I requested which I ... did not expect. Plumber Chris was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I am both pleased with service and relieved the problems are solved.

Viktor was prompt and very professional. He identified the problem, located the clog and determined that it was an issue with the city clean out. He advised me ... to contact the city and they are repairing the pipe right now. I couldn't be happier with Viktor. He is a very nice guy and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. I have used other plumbers in the past and he is by far the best.

The service was quick and polite fixed the problem I am sure to use the again . But hopefully not in thhe near future.

Sorry, I hit the return button and wasn't aware the comments went through. Continuing my review of your service technician, he was very professional and wanted to completely understand what ... was happening since the problem provided to the office was information passed onto me via text message from the tenant. Once everything was clear, the technician knew exactly what was required to rectify the problem. Once the blockage was cleared using their 2'' power snake the blockage was cleared. After clearing the blockage, thorough testing was done to make sure everything was draining properly. It was nice to see a young technician taking the initiative to conduct business to the level of what he did. His performance and care to the customer (me) was like he owned the company! Dante definitely was a treat to see someone young taking pride in what he did!

The service technician Dante #496 was very friendly and personable. Although the estimated arrival time was scheduled for 11am - noon, the technician arrived minutes before 2 pm. Myself in ... the construction industry understood some appointments prior can take longer.

After an initial hiccup, Anthony showed up and spent 45 minutes fixing our leaking pipe. He talked through every step he was doing. Answered all my questions and even offered ... some tips after learning that the house was going on the market this week. Lovely person to talk to, even our cat gave her approval.

Adam was great. Arrived on time, came in, listened to the issue and details, got his tools, and unclogged our drainage pipe.

Specialist Dante is very knowledgeable and explained clearly with the issues with customer. Equipped with correct units and toolings to repair. Clearly indicates issues with pic and carried out repairs ... in a professionally.

Adam and Jason serviced our outside drainage pipes today. We live at the bottom of a downward-sloped cul-de-sac and our garage has an exterior drain which had become obstructed ... and was flowing very slowly in heavy rainstorms. They problem-solved and opened the drain for a better flow and even checked all of the other drains to maximize the drain efficiency. I was so impressed with their professionalism and teamwork. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen if you have a problem drain. Don't wait 15 years like I did ! Thank you, Adam and Jason, for saving me a LOT of money by dealing with the problem before it became unsolvable!
