Setting up the appt was very easy with little wait time until the tech could come out. Upon arrival the tech assessed the problem, plugged drain line, gave an estimate ... to complete the job, which was very reasonable. Given the go ahead, the tech brought in the equipment he needed, made sure the work area was protected from getting dirty, explained what he was doing all the time. Within the hour he had the drain flowing again, made sure of that by checking other water flows. He then made sure the area was clean and tidy. Upon completeion explained the bill and all things on the bill. I highly recommend this service tech, Shane, and the company he works for, Roto-Rooter.
We had an issue with our drains so we called Roto Rooter. They sent a technician out that afternoon who gave us a free estimate and explained the issue ... and our options.
