James Boon arrived on n time..was very friendly and did great service.. my clogged drains are running again

The water line broke from the street to my house. I called at 2:15 in the afternoon and someone was here at 3:30. I got an estimate ... and they began work the next day. The service I received was perfect. Dave, a really nice man, kept me advised every step of the way, explaining what they were going to do before they started each step. He was courteous and informative. I don't think the job would have gone as well without him and his expertise. After the job was completed my front yard looked exactly the way it was before the work was done. All the rocks were back where they belonged. You would never know my yard was a pile of dirt just the day before. Thank you, Roto Rooter, for sending someone so knowledgeable.

David Tobara (tech) and his helper diagnosed, repaired my pluming in a timely manner. left no mess. responded promptly when I had questions not of the work they ... did. This helped me fix another problem. I would recommend them again.

The outdoor sewer line which services two ... households decides to inconvience our families. However, thanks again to Roto-Rooter which, as in the past, was there to quickly resolve the problem. As advertised “ Away go trouble” and it did. I also wish to commend technician, Billy Dicochea. His knowledge to evaluate, recognize and provide the quickest means to resolve the problem.
