The gentleman who came out was quick and thorough. Have had a few run ins with tree roots (have an older home) Dave put a claw on right away and ... solved our drain problems the first time through, would have liked the option to run a camera to double check. The only gripe i wish we could have had even a few hour arrival window (called at noon and he showed up at 530). But hey the service was same day so im still happy. Thanks to Dave from Roto Rooter!

WONDERFUL SERVICE! I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed by the service I received. It started with the gentlemen looking at my sewage ... line in my home. Next, I showed them the muddy leak in my front yard. They informed me of what they thought the problem was, and what to do next. Johnny showed me how to contact the city about the leak since it wasn't from the sewage line. He even tried to call for me, but the wait was long. I decided to call while they put their tools away and wrote me an invoice. I was able to reach the city in this time who informed me that it was my problem to fix the problem, and that I had to pay for them to come out and turn off the water. Johnny had never heard of something like this so he went above and beyond and called a fellow plumbing contractor to see if what he had heard was correct. Confirming his suspicions, he called the city for me to explain what was going on and how I needed service. They gave him info on where the water box was located, how it should not be touched and then he set me up an appointment to get my water shut off. I am so thankful he came out here and helped. He could have left right away after telling me it was not a sewage problem, which is what I asked for, but stayed an extra hour to help me out. I'm so impressed and thankful for their help!

Hello, I really appreciated the work completed by Roto Rooter. Specifically, Joe, the technician/plumber that came to my home, was knowledgeable, courteous of my home, helpful, and cleaned the area ... after the service was completed. Joe did a go job ensuring the problem was fixed and that the new toilet he installed would not leak.
