There were many sump pump failures in our area due to severe raining and flooding. Roto Rooter was able to get a plumber out to us in about 24 ... hours and he brought a new sump pump and installed it on the first visit. He was polite and neat and did great work.

On Saturday morning, we made an appointment for drain service and was told to expect a visit in the 12 - 4 window that day. Throughout Saturday, your staff made ... multiple phone calls to keep us advised of delays caused by emergency calls due to torrential downpours. During the last of these calls, we agreed to postpone the visit until Sunday morning. On Sunday, a tech arrived and within an hour had cleared our drain and cleaned up, all the while explaining what he was doing and why. I am completely satisfied with our experience with Roto-Rooter and would recommend them.

I was given same day service which I really appreciated. The Plummer was quite knowledgeable about what needed to be done and completed the job timely. He did have ... to come back to handle a small problem but that was taken care of promptly. He explained everything to us and we were very satisfied with the service we received.

I had a clogged line emergency over the weekend. Roto Rooter was the only plumber I called that could come fix the problem that day. They were at our house ... in less than an hour from the time I placed the call. The technician fixed the problem in less than an hour. Glad for prompt service.

Zakk Snider was our technician. OUTSTANDING! He came promptly on a SATURDAY and diagnosed an incredibly simple problem - our sump pump moves the waste water from ... the toilet to the septic tank. The GFI switch on the sump pump outlet had somehow been tripped. All that was needed was to reset the GFI switch. Zakk did not overcharge us for this kind, simple service. His fee was reasonable.
