Your guys showed up late at night and were very thorough on explaining what the issue was and the process that was going to be performed. They seemed very knowledgeable ... and positive that they could resolve the issue for me. They showed me what they were doing and the problem and resolved the issue. I did have some roots in my main line and they gave me a quote to fix the issue. I will be contacting them within 24 hrs to move forward with a permanent fix. Thank you all so much for being so prompt and professional. Dustin and Jose Q. were awesome...they are a great asset to your company.

I found a running leak from the ceiling of my enclosed laundry area which was dry just hours before. Since my last time to open the laundry area ... doors was some hours before and the rain was coming down at this time, I decided that the leak was more than likely attributable to a broken shingle so I looked in my phone directory and called ROD ROOFING. And after I made that call, I thought the leak could also be caused by a leak in the pipes in the wall of the washer and dryer so I called ROTO-ROOTER. Both calls made in the late evening on Thursday, March 21, 2019. Gilbert Rodriguez of ROD ROOFING arrived first and checked the ceiling area of the garage and found where the leak was (NOT FROM THE ROOF) then 2 fellas from ROTO-ROOTER came. That initial night 2 employees of ROTO-ROOTER immediately agreed with the ROD-ROOFING employee and the R-R person left and 2 ROTO-ROOTER employees began stripping away the wet area in the laundry room area and were working until 3am the following day without stopping. They gave me instructions NOT TO ENTER THE HALLWAY WHERE A PLASTIC SHEET WAS APPLIED TO THE WALLS AND ZIPPERED SHUT. Both came back daily for 4 days to check the moisture levels shown on their hot blowers equipment. They would not allow me to enter and break open the plastic sheet covering the hall so that the intense heat from the blow dryers would not be compromised. I followed their directions and after 4+ days of monitoring the equipment - the equipment was removed and I could finally breathe again. This TEAM OF WORKERS DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB WHILE I STAYED IN A SPARE BEDROOM WITH MY DOG AND HAD HIM ON A LEASH SO THAT HE WOULD NOT GET NEAR THE HALLWAY. Daily when the Team or one person came, I was given an UPDATE as to when I could finally breathe much cooler air and then I spent hours cleaning up my areas while I left the laundryroom area alone until I can SCHEDULE a PAINTER IN TO GET THE FINAL WORK DONE. On the first night, the LEAD WORKER FROM ROTO-ROOTER even asked if i have an Insurance Policy on my home and I pulled it out from my Office and provided him that doc. He called my State Farm Insurance Company and provided them with all the details by phone. Insurance company confirmed that there would be no OUT OF POCKET. FANTASTIC.

I had a emergency repair situation with water line. I called late evening and someone showed up about a hour later which is tremendous compared to other plumbers I ... have used. The tech diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and completed the work in a timely manner.
