I really appreciated ... that you came out the following day from my call to take care of our water issue. My Mom started Chemo last week, and her washer connections were both broken and leaking. We do alot of laundry for her during this treatment, and having her washer and dryer functioning were a huge priority. You two very professional employees arrived and quickly new exactly what to do to fix the issue. These were two of the nicest guys and I really appreciate their kindness and expertise in this repair. We were able to install a new washer and dryer the following day and everything is working great! was so pleased with the techs. they knew exactly what they were doing and had the work done in just a few minutes. the only problem I had ... was that the weather was bad and no one called to let me know when the tech would arrive. the price was a bit high as well, but when you need septic work done, you're just happy to have it done. they did a great job and I appreciate the work they did to get my bathroom back up and running.
