We had drainage issues today. Just our luck that this would happen on a major holiday weekend. We called the Columbia, TN office and they were very helpful ... and dispatched a technician immediately. Daniel Crumley arrived and was extremely courteous and professional. He was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned to resolve our situation. He quickly identified the issues and had them resolved in a very timely manner. Because of his service, we will definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

Lance was our service technician and provided the most outstanding professionalism and customer service like I haven't seen in quite some time. He spent hours doing the necessary work ... to insure the quality and satisfaction of the completed job. Lance also took the time to answer all my questions regarding my plumbing problems. He was most polite and respectful. At my request, he took photos of needed repairs and completed work on his cell phone as I was unable to crawl under the house to see the damage. If all Roto-Rooter technicians are like Lance, I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

Super good service

An appointment was set up for me between 10-noon, and Colt came at 9:30. I was expecting to have to wait all morning so I was pleasantly surprised. He was ... professional and pleasant, even though there were few complications. Also, I appreciated that he made sure everything was working before he left just in case, including my washing machine. So glad to have everything working again, especially since we were told by another company to just get the plumbing in the whole house replaced. Thanks again.

Lance is the man! I have never received such excellent service before. He was so informative and respectful. I immediately trusted this kid, his ability to walk ... me through the steps explaining what was needed in order to fix my plumbing issues....relaxed me, I didn't feel any anxiety forking out almost 900.00. I originally called because of my bathroom sink was slow draining but ended up letting him replace some old faucets and etc. I am also going to be preparing to replace my old house pipes within the next 5 years. Being in management myself, I know how hard it find someone with his knowledge of product, work ethic, and manners. He deserves a raise. I will call Roto-Rooter every time because of him and the level of professionalism and knowledge he shared with me.

I called Roto Rooter for a bathroom clog. My nephew had used them recently and said they, specifically Roger who he had, done an excellent job. Based on that I ... called for appointment. They came the same day and on time. Thankfully, I too got Roger. He was curious, professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. He is obviously experienced and helped me. I will certainly have them #1 on my call list should a plumbing problem arise again and as a home owner I am sure at some point it will. Thank you Roger for the great experience with Roto Rooter!!!

On 1/8/2024 I had a septic tank clean-out scheduled. First, I received a text with their live location, as well as estimated arrival time (through mapping). Due to very stormy ... and cold weather conditions, that text was a big relief for me to know that we were still on schedule. Upon their arrival they quickly located the tank lid, dug, and emptied the tank. The efficiency and professionalism, which the technicians (Javon and Robert) displayed were highly recommendable. The service at Roto-Rooter in Columbia is fantastic! To begin, when I called late Saturday night, there was no Robo answering service that threw me on hold.... that’s the ... whole reason I used your company instead of Hillerplumbing. When I called Hiller it has a Robo answering service that immediately throws you on hold for a long time so I finally gave up with them. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, and then the icing on the cake was Joe, and Trey came out and busted their asses to get it fixed and kept a great attitude the whole time! Those guys definitely need a raise!!!

I have called on roto-Rooter now for many hear.. new water heater, septic tank, replace all cast iron pluming, under sink leaks, new toilets, tub problems and I would recommend ... them to anyone... they are the best... Lance has done some of these jobs and he is the best, polite, friendly and cares about customer service.... great job ????????????????
