This is a continuation of my previous review. This is the second time I have used Roto Rooter in an emergency. The first time was on Christmas eve ... and morning a few years ago, and you came through for me again. Excellent service.

Please make sure this commendation gets to Evan and his supervisor because Evan is a stellar employee who went above and beyond in dealing with a bad sewage overflow situation. ... He was professional and accommodating to my concerns. He was extremely through and I was blown away by the excellent condition he left my bathroom in. His work is second to none.

The drain-clearing service was done in a professional, and friendly manner. Extensive testing was done. The water is draining better than I have seen in years.

Michael was very nice and always answered all my questions regarding the procedures and their purpose. I was very impressed with Micheal as a person and technition.

Yesterday, Ross (5566), Josh H. (6398), and Abdul Jimenez visited our house to deal with several plumbing issues. All three plumbers did a great job! They treated us respectfully, quickly ... got to the root of the problems, and fixed everything with competence and kindness. They explained exactly what they were doing along the way. Evan Morstad (2469) and his partner came over to our house on 12/15/23 and helped us do a main line clean out because our piper were backing up. They ... were so professional and clean even with such a messy procedure. The clean out had an issue when his snake couldn't make the turns needed to do the clean out. He explained it very clearly what needed to happen and that it would be a small upcharge to continue. I told them to go ahead and do what they needed to. After the procedure was done, they came and showed me what they had done and the place was immaculate. They even cleaned out the tub next to the toilet they were working on and put back all the fittings and fixtures that I had removed the day before. They definitely didn't need to that at all but they went above and beyond what they were asked to do. Evan even tried to answer some of my questions about water heaters and guided me to where I needed to call to get more info.
