It was an extraordinary experience. The plumber arrived before scheduled time. The plumber was very meticulous, concerned and professional. He triple checked that the clog was clear in the kitchen ... sink and the washing machine drain pipe. He kept the machine he used cleaned and made sure that the kitchen was not dirtied.
