We had a cesspool backup issue for the first time since it was installed 21 years ago. With the passage of time we only had a general idea of ... where it was. Derek (Service Agent 459) was first to arrive that afternoon followed by Sean (Service Agent 177). They found the line and as darkness fell the search for the pool commenced. The problem was because it turned out to be 8 feet down, it was not triggering the metal detector. Sean told my wife he would be back the next day at 11 to get the job done and true to his word he arrived 10 minutes early. After 2 hours of scanning, searching, probing and digging....success. Sean pumped us out and saved the day. Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism Thanks, I am a loyal customer for life

I called on Sunday afternoon over Labor Day weekend and the service technician was at my home within two hours. He had me back up and going within an hour, ... he explained everything and informed me of other services they offer that I will be taking advantage of. This is the second time I required their services and both times I have been very pleased.

I must say, since I've lived in this house, this is the best service I have ever received. The two men who performed the service(Mr. Peter # 3682 and ... Mr. Frank) were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They thoroughly explained to me the root of the problem in a well concise manner, as well as providing me with information on how to prevent any future re-occurrence of the same issue/problem. Mr. Peter, was a God sent. The minute he came to my door, he had such positive attitude. In addition to me not feeling well at that time, I was worried about the whole situation. Mr. Peter saw my pain and my worries. He assured me that that everything was going to be all right. Thank to God first and foremost, to Mr. Peter and Mr. Frank, everything was all right. You guys are the greatest. I will recommend you to other people. God bless you all for doing such a great job and for helping people like myself who encounters such emergent situations.

Shoed up well within the 2 hour window. The problem involves oak tree roots growing into the soil line. Power washed until all was flowing very freely. Happens about every ... 4-5 years

The technician, Will (Tec-9) rolled in with a smile, took charge, and handled the ... issue as if he was the Arnold Schwarzenegger of plumbers. Although it took almost 4 hours. I was called with updates often to let me know when they were coming and how they were out at other jobs. Due to ... the fact that it was Saturday night, Labor Day weekend and the night before a hurricane I was thrilled to have anyone come. Steve was friendly and went right to the problem and explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable with his work. He also left us with some product to prevent problem from happening again. Thanks roto rooter!! We can sleep comfortable tonight knowing the problem is solved!!

The technician came on a holiday weekend within 2 hours of placing the call. He was very professional and fixed the problem right away.
