The person that ... i would like to commend is Michael Steward for his friendly easy going nature and his expertise in the clearup itself. She was at ease which was a miracle in itself. We had to have the pipe in the yard replaced and even the foreman of that company complimented the great job Mike did. In a very difficult situation Mike is the person to send out. Service tech was prompt, neat and courteous and performed the job which I do not think took more than 45 minutes at best.....my MAJOR problem is the fee charged...originally quoted ... at $465...however I had mentioned the $40 internet coupon...so the final fee was $425..... this is just absolutely outrageous ....I'm honestly dumbfounded as to how you can charge that much money ...I will have to tell you in the future I will have to think twice and consider other options based upon this outrageous fee charged...

The tech came to house right on time and was very polite and courteous. He explained what he had to do and also showed me what the cause of ... the problem was. He had everything up and running in just about an hour. A real lifesaver!
