My experience with my service today was exceptional. Michael (0325) was thorough and honest. He took extra care to make sure he cleared the clog in a safe manner and ... not accidentally cause any extra damage. I had an additional project that I just hadn’t gotten to yet, he offered to take care of and when I declined he offered some tips and advice knowing I could it myself. I appreciate when someone from a large company doesn’t try to sell me every service they have. He also was kind courteous and conversational. I hope that this message gets communicated to him and he gets some recognition for being a great plumber.

We discoverd a sewer back up at 3 in the morning. We called then and the technician was at the door by 730 that morning. His name was ... Tim and was superb. He explained everything very nicely and took care to protect our home and belongings while doing a difficult and messy job. He was later joined by Austin who was also very nice and informative. Both techs were great and very helpful. We were also joined by Megan who came out as a courtesy to assess the damage from the backup and gave us great insights into what needed and could be done to mitigate the problems we now faced. Overall we were very pleased with the service and promptness of Roto-Rooter. We would highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in a bad sewer situation.

We had a sewer pipe clogged with roots causing water to back up in the house. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday. I received a call telling me that ... they come out on the weekend at no extra charge. I had my appointment moved up to Sunday morning. Hasan arrived on time. He was pleasant and informative. He completed the job on time and made sure that the problem had been corrected before he left.

I needed a plumber quickly as I only have 1 bathroom. A technician, Lakisha was sent to me and let me just say it was so nice for it to ... be a woman to come help me, first time ever. She was so friendly and had me fixed up in a few minutes. I told her I would request her if I needed any other plumbing done.

Alcee, what a pleasant young man. He Looked over problem gave me an estimate and when I said yes got right to it. We completely satisfied by his professionalism, friendliness ... and service he provided. Clean up was great, we will call and ask for him with our next plumbing need.

He is the epitome of a great representative of your company. Quick, neat, friendly, efficient and explained everything clearly before, during and after and how we could handle our drains better with your enzyme cleaner. Will do!

Amthony (8574) unclogged our basement drain this afternoon. He's very friendly, took care of business quickly and answered all our questions.

Our service tech, Todd, was the absolute best. He was prompt, friendly, professional and very considerate. He got the job done and was a great representative of the ... company. Connor was the technician sent to discuss options regarding the drain. Andy was the technician that came out to Jet blast the sewer drain. both gentlemen were professional, ... courteous, and made this happen in such a short period of time! Connor came out on Father's Day, what a loyal and dedicated employee. The work was quite reasonable! I commend Roto-Rooter for a job well done!!

Morris H. Responded to an emergency back up, basement was back up with, well.....poo. Morris was very professional, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. Responded within 60 minutes of ... calling. And had our line cleared within an hour. Will definitely call Roto-Rooter again in the future.

Very impressed with the service. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Todd arrived on time. He was personable and professional. He listened to my ... story and then explained in detail what was happening in my pipes. He answered every question I had and promptly provided a reasonable estimate (no extra charge for weekend/evening work!). There was no pressure and I gave my permission to proceed. He stayed about an hour and thoroughly checked out the system. He told me what he found and why it was blocking the water flow. He made sure that the pipes were clear and the water was running thru without any slowdown. He was very sensitive to make sure he cleaned up the areas he came in contact with. This was a five-star experience from the initial call to when it was complete! Very satisfied!

I wanted to share how wonderful my experience was with the crew that provided water restoration services in my home. Ronnie, Caleb, and Joe were so professional, respectful, and easy ... to work with. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, and I appreciate how considerate they were. They went above and beyond!!! I highly recommend them for services to anyone in need of water restoration. I hope that a bonus/stipend is given for all of the work they did and how well they took care of our basement. I AM SO GRATEFUL and wish them all the best!
