the 2 guys that came out and took care of the problem were wonderful! However, the bill was outrageous ! They were in my house for about 3 ... minutes and problem solved, then I get the bill for over $300. I almost fainted. I had X-pert Plumbing come out on a Sunday a couple of years ago for same issue and the bill was $90. I will NEVER use your service again, which is too bad because like I said the guys were great but the rate was something else!

Even though today was a holiday, my call was answered promptly and cheerfully. I explained my problem, which was not an emergency, and a serviceman was here to give ... me an estimate in just over an hour. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand and explained my two options clearly. I agreed to the estimates and the work proceeded immediately. When additional problems arose, he again explained in detail and gave an additional estimate. Upon completion of the work, he explained the bill and warrantees, outlining numbers to call if problems arise. He also took pains to make certain that I received the best discount available. And he cleaned up after his work very nicely.
