I just wanted to pass along a quick note of sincere gratitude for your guys helping my mom with her basement yesterday. When I stopped by there last night ... after work, Keith and Eddie were in the process of loading a dumpster with boxes and bags that were in her basement. She got water in her basement from the recent torrential rains, and they could not have been nicer fellas. They were helping her work within her insurance coverage limit and wanted to remove as much damaged materials as they could, and fill the dumpster to its capacity, in order to try to save her money. Just the fact that they were doing that told me that you guys run a stand up organization with integrity. They were also very helpful in explaining the cleanup process with a sort of military-grade hydrogen peroxide process. I very much appreciate them helping my mom out. I also had a clog in a drain in the last year and had a very positive experience with that, with the guy who came out giving me an extra 5-10 minutes to give me a ballpark figure on adding a shower to my bathtub. Great work, and thank you again!

Monday morning, Feb. 21, our sewer line backed up. In the basement we had a stinking puddle. We first contacted the last sewer place to service us, but they couldn't ... work us in till that Friday. Then we called you, and we had Joe at our house in a couple of hours. He snaked out the line, got it draining properly, and more than that provided a thorough explanation of what had happened-- rots were growing into the line-- and the steps we could take in future, starting with sending a camera down there. All in all, he was thoroughly professional and terrifically helpful. Thanks very much; next time we'll certainly call you first.

Backstory: Deep clog 6' down the line, toilet already off by previous handyman unable to fix. In calling Roto-Rooter, both the gal who fielded my call and the service tech, ... Kyle, were amazing! The gal fielding my call (I wish I knew her name), made sure to have someone out the same day to fix the clog so we could hopefully use the toilet again. I very much felt she cared about our situation. Kyle worked his magic quickly and cleanly including reinstalling the toilet and upgrading the supply line and bolts. He was DELIGHTFUL. I meant to say Conner came over to our house, I by mistake on my earlier review said Cory. Conner came over with another young man and did a ... great job of fixing our slow drain in the bathtub, and checked the other one and made sure it was all cleaned out. They both were very nice. Conner has done drain cleaning at our house before.
