On Sept 17th 2016 called Roto-Rooter, problem: water not draining out of house in fact downstairs washing mashing filled with waste water! This has happened before, as we have and ... old house with old waste pipes to the street along with plenty of trees. Called R/R and a tech named "Will" arrived about 3 hrs later. He was pleasant, informative and most of all very thorough. He not only uncovered the blockage before it left the house he continued with a camera and uncovered some small roots in outside pipes. He explained what the charges would be (before) work begun, which from past experience I considered reasonable. I felt reassured that the job was done properly and given instructions along with purchasing product to keep lines clear that not only work for gunk inside house pipes but helps keep outside roots away. Nobody likes to have this problem but its a choice of paying a reasonable rate for R/R service or thousands of dollars for new outside pipes and destroying my property.

Excellent, quick service. I had out of state guests staying at my home to attend a big high school reunion. My laundry room was flooded. Of course ... it happened the day of my reunion. It was a soppy mess. I thought I'd never got to my reunion. Withing 2 hours of my phone call, Roto Rooter was at my door. They fixed the clog in the main drain and I was good to go!
