I needed a 100 foot long underground drain line cleared of whaterver was plugging it. You sent Tony Ocorso, Tech # 1037 to do the job. Tony was ... friendly, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and very competent. He was able to clear the drain line using a hydro jet in a very short period of time but continued to work on the drain until he was satisfied that the plug was completely out and the water was running clear. He cleaned up the area before he left, leaving our facility looking better than when he arrived. It was a job well done. I will make a point to ask for Tony when I again have need of your services.

I want to say thank you so much to your company. I tryed calling 3 different companys to come out n fix my expansion tank do to it leaking, and ... no one was free till wendseday. This professional gentleman was timely, ... helpful, resourceful, pleasant and put my anxiet at ease. I was so concerned about him walking into my bathroom which was a complete mess from the blowout. He did not even blink - he went straight to work and even helped me move something out of the way. You dont know how much this means to me. My husband recently had a stroke and so my life and my house is in need to attention. I telework, and was down in my basement. CVS dropped off some medicine at my front door and Robert brought in it and gave it to me. He did not have to do that. I can tell that he is a man of skill and integrity. Could not be happier with the service. Mike (wish I knew his last name) really went above and beyond. Took a long time to open the drain and I was ... expecting to hear that he couldn't solve our problem. He kept at it for hours and always seemed to have another option up his sleeve.
