Could not go the website originally given so I decided to go here. The following was what I was trying to submit. The Roto-Rooter Service Technician was at my home within ... 3 hours of my phone call requesting assistance. After discussing the issue with the Technician, the decision was made fill the line upstream of the blockage with water and then use the most appropriate plumbing fixture within the home to feed the "roto-rooter" line through. The blockage was cleared within 5 minutes and its removal observed at the outside "clean-out" trap. Although rules prevent the Technician from going up on the roof, I went up with my garden hose to flush the line using the vent furthest from the line's exit from the house. The Technician monitored the home drains while I was on the roof flushing the lines to ensure no further issues arose. In conclusion, it was a textbook operation carried out efficiently, safely, and from my perspective very timely. I fully expect the 6 month warranty I was given will not be necessary and that Roto-Rooter will be my first call should this unfortunate situation occur sometime in the distant future. Txs again.
