Gary has been advising radio listeners on home improvement issues since 1986. Before that, he worked in, managed, and owned hardware stores, starting as a stock boy at the age of 16. You might say Gary has seen a thing or two when it comes to home maintenance and repairs. He can tell a hack from a pro at a glance, and that’s why he suggests leaving serious plumbing problems to the pros at Roto-Rooter.

Gary is based in Cincinnati, Ohio where he broadcasts from his show’s flagship station, 550 (AM) WKRC. He is a Cincinnati native and attended the University of Cincinnati. Outside of his radio career, Gary is Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati.
