We have had numerous plumbers and drain cleaning service companies come to our home to unclog our kitchen sink over the past 5 years. None of them were willing to ... get to the root of the problem and fix it. Rob was here this morning and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. I will definitely use your services again if the need arises. We are extremely pleased with your company.

Mike K. and his apprentice were on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. I thought the basement feeder line was blocked. Mike determined that the main line to the street ... was the problem. He patiently did his work and cleared the block. He then called for a free camera inspection. It passed, problem solved. I ran a service company for thirty years and would love to have had an employee of this caliber. Roto-Rooter is a honest company and did the job same day in a professional manner.

Scott is so understanding and helpful. Took the time to talk to our VP of our condition and had great suggestions. We had to wait 4 days before ... we were able to get service. I called in on Monday July 15th @8:30 talked to Dez, she never sent an order out, Called to ask what and why no one can tell me why she didn't put it threw. I called back talked to Jay he put in the order for someone to come out, at the last minute, we decided to ask for a camera, so I called that in to add it to our ticket. The gentleman, told me he would add it. Well, when he came out yesterday, he had the camera but wasn't able to flush our toilets clean so he had to send someone else out, no one came. Had a missed call 2x at 8:54 last night, we close at 5pm called again today and that's when Scott came out. He apologized for the inconvenience to our company for having to wait 4 days,

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received today! ROb showed up just as it was promised and then he went on to exceed my expectations! ... HE immediately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to treat and cure the problem! HE was super courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and educational! He took the time to explain why the problem occurred and how to prevent it in the future! HAving a sewer system back up is never a pleasant experience, but Rob made it so much less painful! Craig and Ryan showed up shortly after dispatch called me to let me know they were sending someone out. They quickly got to work after I gave them an essay ... of what was going on with my toilet. It ended up being a very simple fix and Craig gave me some extra tips and tutorial how to use the style of toilet I have. Sounds silly but I had no idea there was a trick to getting it to flush properly! They were both very polite and I’d definitely request them both again should I have any issues.
