I called on a Friday morning, and within two hours I had a serviceman (AJ) at my house, ready and equipped to locate the sewer problem and begin correction. ... AJ was personable, pleasant, competent, and allowed me to watch and ask questions throughout the procedure. He explained each step completely, in words I could understand, and outlined what he could do to clear the sewer line (badly clogged with roots and sludge). I did not expect anyone to even show up on a Friday, let alone do the whole job in one day. I thought someone would look at what needed done, and then would schedule a day to come back to do the work. When AJ said that a water jet would be needed to clear the line, I asked when he would be back with the equipment. He said that my job was his "top priority," and he would be back to jet out the line as soon as he could go pick up the equipment. That made me feel as if fixing my problem was important to him--a good feeling. Once the job was completed, AJ cleaned up the area in which he had been working. All around, it was a very positive experience: quick response, competent serviceman, quality resolution (and timely!) to the problem. My thanks to AJ and the Roto-Rooter crew.
