I have never used Roto-Rooter. I must say i was pleased with the service. It is sunday and was an late afternoon / early evening call. The ... Service technician showed up timely. He was very professional and was able to fix the block in our drains. I was to make sure you are aware the Technicians Name is Eric O'Brian and believe came out of the Abita Springs, LA office. You should commend Eric for his great work. He represents your company well and was helpful answering my questions as well as recommending future service on our septic tank that should be pumped out since it has not been done in at least 3 years. I believe management should make sure Eric knows his work was appreciated. I run a business and it is hard to get good help sometime. So you should be aware Eric is not just doing his job but Representing your company in a professional and Courteous manner and you are fortunate to have him with your group. Ashton came out promptly for a busted water pipe in ground. Worked all day and did a great job. Completely performed and finished job by end of day. Great work ... and very satisfied. Only negative was could not get Roto-Rooter to come back out and and clean up work debris and trash in front yard after numerous requests. Cleaned up myself. Thank you though for a job well done.
