We had a MOST unexpected clog in our main sewer line (thought it was just one clogged toilet until someone flushed the second toilet and it overflowed all over!). The ... young lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and I was delighted when she told me she would have someone here within the next two hours. As it turned out, the tech was here in less than 30 minutes! Were we GLAD to see him! Turned out the building only has a one-way cleanout and he had to pull one of the toilets but did get it cleared. He explained what he was going to try and then what he would have to do when the easy way didn't work, and kept us apprised of what was happening throughout the process. GREAT SERVICE ALL THE WAY! Thank you.

Jason was very professional and courteous. He tried to clear the clogged line with the snake, it didn't clear. He could see the problem under the house, the drain was ... not plumbed correctly over 25 years ago. He went to the store, got the correct materials, and repaired that portion of piping. It took him a total of 2 1/2 hours and I am back in laundry and dishwashing business, Yay!

Nolan was our technician for this job. He was polite and took his time to fix our clogged drain. This is our second Roto-Rooter visit since moving into this house ... half a year ago and each time they did a great job.

On July 2nd & 3rd, Danny did an outstanding job of fixing a "belly" of a PVC drain pipe & the repair of a very old (100 yr +) Terra ... Cotta drain line. The pipe had cracked & roots growing in to it had caused a break in the pipe itself. Both issues resulted in a back up of sewage in to the tub. Danny is extremely professional, knowledgeable & skilled. He was able to determine a fix for the "belly" that saved money. His skill with the back hoe was pretty impressive. His customer service skills are also outstanding, explaining what had happened, why & how he was going to fix the problem. Bottom line - Danny fixed the problem. I will recommend Roto-Rooter & Danny to anyone that needs plumbing work and/or water restoration. Danny is an outstanding member of the Roto-Rooter company.

ANOTHER FINE JOB WELL DONE.

My problem was quickly identified including that it was the city that caused it. It turned out everyone one the sewer line (both sides o the street) were affected. ... It took about five days for the city to fix the problem. They had to dig up the street to repair the cause properly. Roto-Rooter returned the same day the city fixed the problem on my side of the and printed on my receipt the order of sequences that caused my problem, all related to the city's line break.

Excellent response time...came on same day requested!!! Excellent diagnosis of the issue and even better at solving the problem..
