Quinn was excellent. He was courteous and went above and beyond to solve my water flow problem. He was pleasant and kind and tried everything he knew to get the ... difficulty fixed. I have a hard time walking and he went down to the garage for a hose and back for another part in his truck and didn't want me to walk around the yard or up and down the stairs. He took care of all of it. I appreciate his kindness and think he deserves a raise or accolade for superior service. He is a valuable employee.

Dylan was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He even took the time to answer my son's questions. I would recommend Dylan.

I notified Roto-Rooter of leaking toilet water tank and shut-off valve not operating at 10:30 am today. Technician was on site at 12:15pm and water leak and additional repairs ... to toilet tank were made by 1:00pm this afternoon. I have the highest respect for the response by Roto-Rooter and admire the the knowledge of Technician and how efficient he was. Technician recommendation and repair parts on truck resulted 100% job satisfaction.

Orlando provided great customer service. Took him very little time to solve my problem. My only issue with the service came through your phone customer service. The lady who ... took my call on the second day my appointment went into the 6 hour wait put me on hold and forgot about me. I am purposely leaving her name off. I feel you need to revisit some training with the people that take calls when something goes wrong.

Sewage line to one of our buildings was clogged. We called roto-rooter and they said, they would be out within 4 hours and would call me when close by. ... I received a call within 1 hour and after he arrived, the blockage was clear within 5-10 minutes of arrival. Great work... Very professional...
