I was impressed how quickly Roto-Rooter diagnosed the problem and promptly resolved the issue. The two gentleman that came out were very respectful and very thorough when explaining the problem.

Cleaned a gutter drain run. Serviceman was very careful to not damage the pipe and cleared the quickly.

Our first choice for a sewage cleanup in our flooded basement was Servpro as we had no idea Roto-Rooter provided these services. We had a very short time period ... to work with and Servpro could "possibly get to it today" and it had already been two days since the flooding had occurred. My wife was informed that Roto-Rooter also provided these services and there was a gentleman there name Joe S. who performed fantastic services. We contacted him and he was here before 8AM and didn't waste any time. He did a great job and our home no longer smells like a sewage treatment plant! We will be using Roto-Rooter in the future if we ever need a service like this again.

Kitchen sink stopped up and Antonio (880) from Roto-Rooter came out and unclogged it in a timely manner. Nice young man.

Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint, which is unlrelated to the service provided, is that it would have been nice to know there was a ${esc.dollar}20 off ... coupon when we recieved our service.

Have used Roto-Rooter in the past successfully, I like the fact that they arrive the same day you call and attempt to make it at the predestined time. We ... actually followed James/Technician to our house. He asked what the problem was and promptly went to work. He suggested I have the basement drain cleaned also, as this has been a problem in the past also, and I agreed. I'm glad I agreed as it was more of a problem than the main line. He ran a camera also, which has not been done in the past and it gave me peace of mind seeing what is going on with the main line. While flushing out the basement line he had a back splash issue and as soon as the repair was done he cleaned the entire area and then some. I appreciate his care for the problem at hand and at cleaning up afterwards.

Woke up on a Sunday morning and noticed an awful odor. Water was coming up from the pipe in my utility room and my garage. There was water all over ... my garage floor. Right way, I called Roto Rooter and they were at my door within 30 minutes. The gentleman was very helpful and explained everything very clear as to what the problem was. Roto-Rooter responded promptly when the sink in my kitchen backed up. The plumber was friendly and solved the problem in less than an hour even with me watching over ... his shoulder and asking questions.

Service man was quick to fix issue. He explained how to prevent issues from happening again.

I was pleased to see the first thing was a proper greeting. Since it was a rainy day I was also very pleased to see that the tech wiped off ... his shoes and equipment to his best ability before entering my home. David was very professional, polite, answered my questions fully and gave great advice on preventative maintenance. He also cleaned my floor on his way out too. I will not hesitate to give 5 stars to Roto-Rooter.
