You all are appeciated SO much! First thing this morning we had a clogged, floor, drain, in one of our bathrooms. After calling several other companies in the valley, ... we landed on Roto-Rooter. Jason was professional from the time he answered our call, to the time he walked out our front door. And the fact that it only took him 45 minutes to get to us is AMAZING!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Hot day and the service man came and helped fix our problem. And with a great attitude

Jason came very soon after I made the initial call for service. He fixed my problem in a flash, which luckily turned not to be a bigger issue than suspected, ... and he gave me great advice as to what to watch for if there had been a bigger issue. He couldn’t have been more efficient or friendly! I’d use Rotor Rooter again in a heartbeat if I ever encounter another problem with my sewer system.

Called Roto Rooter around 7am and was so happy to hear an actual voice! I described my problem (drain in the basement backing up causing us to not be ... able to use any plumbing the house). He said they would be able to make it out this afternoon and I was thrilled! Around 12:30, much sooner than I had expected, Jason called to say he would be arriving in 10-15 mins! He arrived, was friendly and courteous and the job was finished in about 30mins! He tested everything to make sure it was actually finished, too. Much props to Jason for being able to handle such a huge machine...it couldn't have been easy lugging it down into our basement...it's a beast (he had to use a pully to get it into the truck)! We are very pleased with Jason and Roto-Rooter and would highly recommend! Thank you!

So impressed and very thankful for fixing my issue that been ongoing. Had Ready Freddy come twice and never actually fixed the issue just kept wanting more money. They got ... $550 out of me. They even left my sewage lid open!
