I missed the name of the first serviceman who worked so hard trying to clean the clog in my drain. He knew where the problem was, but had to contact ... Greg his supervisor, who came at 10:30 pm to mark the ground and write the contracts. The crew expertly dug the trench to access the pipe jet cleaned it and made the repair. It was stressful, but everyone was helpful and explained what what was happening. There is now access to the sewer pipe from outside my house and a repair that I hope will last a long time. The only problem was scheduling, because of the number of jobs that were happening.

Everything finally worked out. I set up an appointment on Tuesday online for Wednesday between 7-9. Called them around 6pm on Wednesday to confirm the appointment which they said was ... there. Called me at work and left a message and I called the number he left me back within 20min and it was apparently the after hours number... And then there was no appointment and had me schedule another. Then Saturday morning came the guy came out managed to clean out and fixed the issue. (Guy was very nice and knowledgeable) said he will have someone come out that will camera the pipes to look at the condition since its the second time in less than a year. The guy that was suppose to come out was a no call no show, it's been disappointing. Hope someone will contact me and get this resolved...
