While they were here unclogged my toilet and snaking ... my pipes, Our sweet Chihuahua Ginger had a heart attack , my husband tried CPR and Dennis said hand her to me and he tried CPR on her., That was amazing they he tried to save our dog. she didnt make it . Rick in Knoxville has been amazing. This is the second time he has come out on to separate issues. He was able to rebuild my shower instead of charging me ... for a new one. my name is David and I had the plumbing from hell it started with my kitchen sink Ray came in to fix my faucet which he had to replace as ... the old one could no longer be repaired he had to take the hold sink apart to put the new faucet on as the bolts were rusted . Then turn the water on to check for lick found none to noticed that the water pusher sucked which meant a lick was some where then the water heater and noticed that it was leaking from the bottom so I had to get a new one . Then with new water heater in still had low water pusher so he got help from Chris to fix under the house and now I have awesome water pusher . In short what should have taken maybe in hour or 2 took the whole day to fix and not once did they give up and complained they were real pros as I would have been cussing up a strom with everything going wrong and I would reck mean them and the company to anyone that as plumbing problems as I did . Again just wanted to say my thanks for all the harded work they did.

Bathtub clog. Required extensive work - WOW! We were very impressed with the work that Dennis provided, including accessing the pipes through the ceiling. It was hard work! He kept ... us informed as he progressed, so there were no surprises. He was polite, and diligent in cleaning up. Mike was very efficient and knowledgable when asked about tankless water heater. Once he got here work went quickly and cleanly. The only fault is in call center and that ... we were delayed service due to weather. We are happy with our results.

I was at work and my teen son had to deal with everything. He said the technician was extremely nice and explained everything.
