Oskar was professional and punctual. We had a blocked sewer line that he had opened up and flowing freely again in no time. He explained completely and concisely ... what the problem was after peering through the pipe with his camera. In no time at all we had the immediate issue fixed, a causal analysis for why it happened in the first place, and a long term remedy. He left a reasonable quote for the long term repair and made sure his area of operation was cleaned and restored to original condition. Overall five star experience. Will use y'all again in future should the need arise. Pardon but I really really hope it doesn't.

My repairs were done by Glenn Carson 1377. This was without doubt the best service I've ever had. My fixtures are incredibly old, and I was unable to determine the ... brand it was when I tried to look at them myself. He was able to explain where to find that info on these older models. He then went to get a replacement, and explained what was wrong with the previous cartridge that had been installed a few years ago. Unfortunately, some of the plastic from the old cartridge was crumbled and stuck way back in the fixture. He tried a number of really creative solutions until he finally got every piece out. He showed me how to do the full service myself, what not to do, etc. He was also incredibly personable. I would recommend his services to anyone. That leak was bad, and he really saved me a lot of headaches. I've already told other people about what a good experience it was.
