My experience with Roto rooter was five-star. Raven from the Lafayette location performed my plumbing work. He was very professional and corteous. I had to have plumbing ... work done when the COVID-19 stay-at-home order. Raven respected my request of wearing a mask and gloves. I had a back up that was difficult to locate. He ran cameras in the lines, ran the auger and put lots of brain power in figuring out the problem. At one point, he was on the roof running the auger down every pipe trying to find where my line ran to reach the clog. And when that did not work, he pulled up one of my toilets to run the auger there. There was already standing water in the bathroom shower, so I was a little nervous when he told me he had to pull the toilet up. I was afraid that the water will spill over onto the floor and into the next room. Not a drop spilled into the room, he manged to keep the water contained. I don't know how he did it, but he did! I just knew it would be a mess, because of the amount of water. I was very impressed at how much time, effort and care he put into unclogging my drains. I could go on and on becuase he simply exceeded my expectations. Total satisfaction! Thanks Raven!

I thought the price (${esc.dollar}440) to replace a float in a grinder pump was too high. But I was kind of "over a barrel" and needed it repaired. ... Service was quick though.....
