I just wanted to give some postive feedback to our tech Eddie who came out and assisted with my Mom's drain backup. Response time was awesome and Eddie even ... helped clean up the mess for us.

Sean Cronin arrived in a timely manner and proficiently cleared the blockage from our main line. He was professional and friendly and moved through the steps to solve our blockage ... issue in logical succession. No one ever wants an expensive plumbing bill, but at the same time, it was an "Alleluia! moment" when proper flow through the main line was restored. It was a relief to once again enjoy the blessings of First World water/plumbing. I would recommend Sean and Roto-Rooter in a heartbeat.
