I had a major leak under my kitchen sink. My Technician Johnny (Badge# 392) was fantastic!! He very quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that is was, in ... fact, only a bad connection. He had me repaired on was on his way in under 15 minutes. His honesty was refreshing and his excellent personal skills were a pleasure to deal with. Johnny was the 2nd Technician I have dealt with and proved to be just as pleasant and professional as my first. I would recommend this company to everyone!!

From the first phone call for "help!" to the completion of the jetting service, I was very pleased with the service received. The person on the phone was very courteous ... and the plumber, Rich Gorsuch, was also very courteous and professional. He took much time explaining the situation to me and what needed to be done. He showed me on the camera where the problem was and what the solution would be. He completed the project the next day in a timely fashion and left the areas affected in excellent condition. He explained each step of the process to me which was most appreciated! I will definitely continue to call Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs.

The toilet repairs were done efficiently and neatly. Alex is a good plumber and has been reliable for a number of repairs in my home. The scheduling of the repair ... was from 9 to 1 , but Alex didn't arrive until after 2 PM. He stated he was working the late shift so he couldn't have come from between 9 and 1. The dispatcher was mistaken.
