Plumber in Long Branch, NJ

My experiences were with a technician named Anthony. Anthony was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He had excellent problem solving skills and (rare among technicians) common sense - he ... didn't declare the problem solved until he could demonstrate it to me.. I called Roto-Rooter at 3:00 PM and my problem was resolved by 5:30 PM -Now THAT is SERVICE!! I would call Roto-Rooter again in a heartbeat!! Great Job Anthony!!

Christian, the plumber, was outstanding. He came here sooner than expected, found the issue and fixed it quickly and completely. Could not ask for a more polite and ... considerate person to have come to my house.

We were recently helped by the Tinton Falls location of Roto-Rooter. The person answering the phone was kind and helpful, just the thing you need to hear when water is ... coming OUT of a drain rather than going down. Then the young man, Kyle, came to the house EXACTLY when they said they would be here. He, too, was kind and professional. He checked a few things, the drains, the basement, and then found the best way to address the problem and went straight to it. It was a LONG clogged drain running the whole back length of the house. The pricing was straight forward and upfront. The service was very good and he was quite personable. The nightmare was cleared in less than an hour and he left things much much better than when he first arrived. I would recommend them to any who need them. I was truly impressed.

Please refer to work order / invoice # 4441. After my evening shower, at approximately 9 pm I saw the water in my bathtub did not drain. Disregarding the time (now ... about 10:00 pm) I called Roto-Rooter in Tinton Falls to leave a message on their telephone. I hoped that by leaving a message on their answering machine I would be able to get the first appointment the following day. Instead of getting a recording to leave my message, I connected with a live person. The representative asked me for my name and phone number and the nature of my problem. A few minutes later a man named Joe called me and said he was finishing a job in Long Branch and will be at my house within 20 minutes. By 10:30 pm Joe arrived at my house. He removed a clean out ‘cap’ and showed me a massive buildup of paper (and God known whatever else) in the main sewer line which leads to the street. Joe, in his headlamp, in the darkness of night, using his top notch equipment along with his knowledge knew how to locate and remedy the massive blockage. With a state of the art metal detector Joe found the clean out line at the curb which is about 40 feet from the foundation of the house. Using a shovel, Joe removed a 12 inch by 12 inch square of sod to expose this cleanout line. After ‘snaking’ out the sewer line that leads to the house Joe expertly replaced the 12 inch by 12 inch section of sod he removed to gain access to the outside sewer clean out line. Back in the house, after installing a new clean out cap, in a test for the flow of water and check for leaks, Joe asked me to run the faucets in the bathtub & sinks & flush the toilet. All worked perfectly. With both of us being satisfied with the work he performed, shortly after (12:00 am) midnight Joe completed his paperwork, received his payment and was on his way, hopefully home. In my estimation Joe is a Master Plumber! This is the first time I encountered a sewer problem and I am glad I called Roto Rooter, not only because they employ professional plumbers like Joe, but because Roto Rooter is a honest, reliable and trustworthy organization Submitted on April 29, 2021, by Peggy M. in Eatontown, NJ

Today 1/30/19 Claudio- Technician 4540 performed a drain cleaning for one of our residents. His professionalism and customer service are outstanding! He arrived ahead of schedule and ... his knowledge of plumbing and drain cleaning are top notch. He went above and beyond, did an amazing job and once he completed the task his work area in the bathroom was cleaner then before he got there. We are extremely pleased with his service, politeness, skill set and professional appearance. We will be contacting Roto Rooter for any and all plumbing,drain cleaning and water restoration services in the future due the great job he did today
